Absolutely horrible. I was told that I could return the uhaul to any uhaul location with a drop box. I returned it to a local uhaul at the destination which was only about 20 miles away, and subsequently charged 266 dollars for returning it to the "wrong" location. I can't believe I was charged so much for a simple local usage of only a few hours. Now I have to file a claim and pray that my money will be reimbursed. I could easily have returned it to the original location, but thought I would save myself the 10 dollars in extra mileage. Now I am out hundreds of dollars due to the location giving me incorrect information. I can only hope uhaul will do the right thing and reimburse me.
