Have someone there like we agreed on when I booked. Also, the lock took forever to open.

NICHOLAS KThe two guys working at the office were too busy making racial slurs towards one another to do their job and accurately tell me what was needed of me. I was charged a disgusting amount of money because they couldn’t focus long enough to explain anything to me. I am extremely upset with how this facility was run.
JAKE BThere was no customer service. All attempts to contact JNM Mangement were unsuccessful. No U-Haul agent was present on site, even though an over-the-counter rental was requested. The requested equipment was not available. Addition requested equipment rented from a different vendor to complete move. Too much emphasis is put on using the APP by this company and not on face-to-face customer service. COVID is over let get back to good old customer service!!!!
