Didn’t have the size truck available that I reserved, so they gave me a bigger truck which I didn’t need and upcharged me for the bigger truck.
Miles HDropped off truck at 845 a.m. They put 230 pm which is a 6 hour lapse.Do not trust this broker. They said my mileage was over. No way. I drove by the directions provided on mapquest. Think broker is dishonest. Also clerk said they was going to charge me for mileage to Lancaster when I selected Risamond. I did not go over. Got a picture of mileage.

RAYMONDO CThey lied. I have pictures. They tried to charge me for 45$ for gas when I brought back the truck exactly the same.. when I caught them, they would help me. Completely fraudulent. I will be reporting and contacting the better business bureau.
