Vern was awesome! He called me personally ahead of time to discuss the pick up process. He also helped us with the online pick when we got to the location since the cell service was not the greatest there. Great customer service, would recommended this location for rental service.
Renee DPickup location was changed on us even though we had a reservation. Location had no cell service making it impossible to use the app to pickup the truck. The email we received had the wrong address and we wasted time and gas trying to find the vehicle. Luckily the contact was able to get us checked over the phone in otherwise we would not have been able to complete the pickup. Overall experience with U-Haul was poor
