No one was at site on-time, over 1/2 hour late. Did not have all equipment requested Required additional hour procuring equipment from U-Haul Individual who did show up was making excuses for everything.

LYDIA PNo comment on drop off location. They closed at 5pm and I dropped off at 515pm.
DENNIS CThe original pick up location didnt have the trailer. But there was one down the street. They did not transfer the reservation and I had to rebook it and spend time to fill out all the info and payment. Then neighther had the hitch and ball I paid for to be with the trailer so I had to go buy another one from an auto store.
