After hours drop. No on site. Location was not correctly identified . Shows west of Rosetown . Location is actually east of Rosetown 1 km from Hwy7.

MUHAMMAD SReturned U-Haul that was damaged before I picked it up and now they are trying to blame me for damage. Texted about the mirror and I replied was broken when we picked it up and tv Friesen said on invoice I didn’t answer back!
SHAUNNA AAsk for driver's license downloads days in advance instead of a couple of hours before pick up. Then customer can focus on getting all of there other stuff organized instead of doing the license download last minute. Besides that great experience
