Renting experience was whatever, it's a moving truck rental but holy shit U haul you need to get your self service app under control. I had to reset the checkout process probably 10 times. Beyond annoying and the worst experience I've ever had with a moving truck rental.
WILLIAM DOriginally booked pick up location was not updated to reflect lack of equipment. I had to arrive at the pick up location, then call Customer Service, then drive to another location to retrieve my rental truck. I was not given advance notice of this.
PRAAKRUT PThe truck sounded like it was stuck in second gear; it was a rough ride. Would not recommend long distance. The truck was clean and ready when I was ready for it. The man at the service desk/gas station was cordial.
DONNA JThe entire lot was covered in bumby ice patches and I had to unhook and unload my car all by myself on all the ice which caused a major hazard for walking and driving.
