The location is great. Very close to us. It seems like a new location so this may all be growing pains. There is no obvious office. I always have to search for someone to help me. This last time the person seemed nice enough but didn't speak English. I handed him the keys but didn't get a good feeling for the person taking responsibility for the truck. The last time I returned a truck there I was told there would be over $100 in extra milage charges. I didn't understand why. I told the person I would take it up with the location I rented from. I did and was told there were no additional charges applied to the rental. I felt better about that but was left wondering why she told me about additional charges.... I prefer not to have to go through the after hour return process if it is not after hours but with not personnel on site to accept my return I either have to do so or spend time walking around the site looking for someone who knows how to return a truck.
JAMES TDrop off was horrible. Area was full of high grass and unknown plantation as I have a bad rash around my ankles.

Margariga VNo clear area to drop the truck off at. I got there before noon on Saturday in hopes of dropping off with a person but no one was there.
