Mitchell TI would either offer to pull the vehicle out into an open space so the customer can take images of all sides (per the instructions) or tell the customer it’s ok to move the vehicle before taking photos. I can see times where some people will not feel comfortable driving the vehicle at all until the pre-check has been completed.
