The rep was told I only needed a one day rental not a 2 day and that the insurance was quoted at $30.00 not $45.00.. Instead of handling the issue right then she told me the return location would handle these issues as they would be the one's to charge my credit card. That did not happen as the return location told me that the pick up location was the one who initiated the charge to my credit cards. Needless to say I was overcharged on my credit card and will have to fill a dispute for the charges.

GARY CI was very satisfied with this rental. In spite of some challenges with electrical the provider made the check in work and had me on my way. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The customer service rep was knowledgeable and professional. All-in-all a good experience. I would recommend this location for your rental requirements.
