When we arrived for pick up the U-Haul was blocked by another U-Haul and we had to maneuver to get it out as staff wasn’t in for the work day yet. Wheel alignment was incredibly messed up making it almost hazardous to drive.

ANTHONY BGot charged $50.00 for a fuel charge even though I filled the tank of the vehicle to EXACTLY where it was when I picked the truck up. Drove the truck 26 miles total and put $15 in fuel.
