Was not able to adjust my tow vehicle or guarantee my return location. I rent from perfection Exhaust several times they are always friendly. I just feel like if you are going to rent the equipment you should be able to see everything in the computer and be able to assist customers.

This is likely not related to the location itself but the rental form and equipment availability. I reserved a 15' with a ramp, was not available at this location so I was upgraded to a 20', for free, which is fine, but I did not need that much space. Apparently the 15' isn't available in this area... so I should not be able to reserve this truck. Secondly, I reserved an appliance dolly that was not available at this location either, which I was not advised of at all. Again, I was refunded, which is fine. But, if equipment is not available at the location it should not be able to be reserved. Wasted an hour of my rental time trying to solve the dolly issues.

DOMINIC AI have never been asked to drive 30 miles to pick up a rental wasting 2+ hours of my day! Poor planning and delivery!!
