I had to hook up the trailer alone. There was a wooden crate bottom in the trailer. Trailer hadn’t bee cleaned. He was the only one in the store, so couldn’t leave. Was also told I would have to drop off the trailer at a location 20 miles away from target address. Had to call U-Haul 800 number to change to a closer (4miles, not 20 miles) drop off location. 800 agent was wonderful.

I rented a 15’ truck estimated driving 30 miles so they charge my card 80.00 return the truck only driving 26 miles and they charge my card another 75.00. They double charged my card.

Danny CShowed up to pick up the truck i reserved. They gave it to someone else with no reservations. All workers including owners are absolutely clueless on how any of the uhaul works. Try to explain to the owner the issues and he wants to throw a fit. Had to call two different representatives to get my rental figured out and then switched to a smaller truck. Just to find out someone else is in the process of trying to rent the same truck that was switched over to me. Took about 45-50mins to get a truck when I was suppose to pick up a 15ft truck. I will never rent from this location everytime its complete chaos. Owners are 100% clueless and should be trained or remove there rights to be a uhaul provider. After the experience with the owner the store in general will never get my customer service. I'd love to see some money back for there screw ups and absolute headache of dealing with these folks
WESLEY EIt was too far out and everyone act like they didn't want to provide service I lived in Wilmington and I located both Wilmington places and I got a difficult time.
