I could not seem to process the return online. I submitted the picture of the odometer and processed payment on the extra miles I drove, but the online app got stuck on submitting pictures of the outside truck. It was dark and not in a safe area. I haven’t yet received a confirmation email that I returned the truck at 8:02 tonight. The woman working there was polite and helpful, but the online system to return was not working.
