Be sure to know the exact miles you are driving. I was told if the tank is full it's ok. I told them I was driving in town about 10 miles. When returning the truck the tank was still full but they told me I drove 19 miles and charged another 30 bucks. But customer service was good.
RENEE CMy experience was great. The system was down at pickup but the person worked through it and got me on my way after taking my info and making a call. Very perfessoinal.
