1) I experienced the inconvenience of my reservation location being rerouted. 2) Truck type reserved was unavailable? 3) Equipment - reserved and purchased was unavailable at the relocated site? (moving pads, stretch wrap, furniture dolly). 4) Equipment damaged (furniture dolly wheels broken)!
