MINH DNot good customer service.gave me the key and find the truck. Just pointed towards where all trucks are parked. If im not used to renting i may have a hard time finding what truck. I need to enter the passenger side since there was a car parked by the drivers side no way to open the door.
Raymond UIt was not an official uhaul facility but proprietor was very nice and process was quick
EDWARD MTruck cab was dirty with several food wrappers/containers and food crumbs everywhere. When I arrived, the representative was a bit disorganized and thought my truck hadn’t arrived from the previous renter yet. Eventually he got it all figured out.
