This is a virtual location. The app did not work well. The path to the back of the building was not a sidewalk but a dirt path full of snow. It will be muddy when the snow melts. It was an older truck that drove rough. No one washes the truck before rentals. The 1UP Games staff were not open when I picked up the truck and could not help. Fortunately, they were open when I returned and assisted me. I will not use a virtual location in the future, not this one or any other.

I ordered my uhaul online from the Bay Rd. Location in Saginaw. When I went there to pick it up they told me the uhaul was dispatched to a different location so they sent me to the State St. Location. This was in a strip mall and the address appeared to be an arcade store but there was not any identifying signage on their windows so I thought I was in the wrong place. I then spotted a uhaul behind the strip mall. I decided to walk into this random store and it was in fact the uhaul dealer. I was originally supposed to pick up the uhaul at noon and it ended being at least 1:15 before I got it. This caused alot of extra driving around and extra stress on top moving. Would not recommend.
