My issue with this service is that it bleeds the customer dry of money. In trying to return this uhaul it actually cost me double the money I spent if I had just left it in my location. I understand this does mean more miles on the vehicle but this also helps return the vehicle to the sender in case they are low in supply. I was not using it to haul but to return it to the owner and got charged insane rates for doing so.
