Not a comment for this store, but we pre-paid for mileage and reserved a truck at one location and then less then 24 hours before the pick-up time we were told we had to change locations. This created a longer overall drive and then we were charged an additional amount for extra mileage. Is changing the location when you’ve already made all the arrangements and charging more a standard practice?
DANIEL MVehicle return was complicated as there is little room for parking. I picked up the vehicle with about 1/4 tank of fuel which should not be allowed.
David SWe were charged for 2 Dollie’s when only one was available and don’t know who to contact. Otherwise communication was great with the location.
Jamie SSue was extremely helpful at the U-Stor It location! Also, I’m older and not really phone app savvy so I would recommend to you an quick instructional video or step by step instructions that can be viewed/printed out for us older folks to help us navigate through your phone app. I had to call and have a person walk me through the process while picking up and dropping off the truck. Thank you!
