After a slight inconvenience about my reservation, it was quickly adjusted and the cost was adjusted as well to coordinate with my current reservation. They were friendly as well. I recommend.

Got charged a $20.00 fee for returning the trailer 2 days earlier on off hours
Douglas LEasy in and out. I was to return after hours using the app. Definitely will use again.
PAUL Cback of the trailer had leaves, packed snow and slippery ice all over it. Took me a good 15-20 min to scrap the ice off and sweep everything out so my room temperature cardboard boxes would not melt the ice/snow, thus getting wet and damaging my belongs. So I had to pay the extra $20 for returning after hours? bull$%&@.
