My only complaint is that they set me up with the Drop Off location and asked me which location I preferred out of several? My response was the closest one! After passing two active locations, I was locked in to Grizzly Trailers for the return which was closed at 9:23am on Tuesday 11/11/25. Not Wednesday 11-12-25 as the email receipt indicated!
