I ordered an appliance dolly, however I never received it. The uhual location was supposed to be open from 9am-6pm and there wasn’t anyone there. We spent 1 hour on the phone with costumer service trying to locate the key. Overall terrible experience and I will not book with them again.

Make sure you’re not over charging for the miles
Jamil Tdriveway was marked with numerous very large holes and it was difficult maneuvering the vehicles.
DENICE EThe truck had almost not gas (below empty) and I returned it with even more gas and I still got charged >$70 for gas???
