Truck did not run well. Could barely get up to speed limit without it shaking.

We had a good experience with picking up and dropping off the U-haul, but the owner called me afterwards and asked me if I took her dog because she couldn’t find her. Then she asked if I saw her. It just made me uncomfortable that I was called out of the blue and the first thing was being accused of taking a dog. Just be careful with wording. Otherwise the everything was good.
Elizabeth HAppliance cart did not work so paid for nothing. Truck starter difficult to engage so thought couple times would not start, but did eventually. Lastly, we called to return late and were told have to drop off in morning and get charged another full day, then in morning were told could've dropped it off last night since do remote. We did not ask for this location, got switched and given lower mileage rate difference in location but not time extension.
Erika MThis week s a new Uhaul dealer and I agreed to switch from the very large and helpful Uhaul depot to this new location. No one was there to meet me as promised. It was at a tow yard where I watched a drug exchange go down and it took three phone calls to get customer service who just kept telling me to use the app which was not working. Awful awful awful!!! This is not the kind of stress anyone needs on moving day and NOT the experience I have had with Uhaul several times in the past, but if this is the new way to do business - no help or live assistance I may have to consider Hertz or Enterprise in the future.
