The truck I was provided had the check engine light on when I got it. The truck ran very poorly and I thought I was going to breakdown. I called and asked if I got get another truck and was told UHaul does not swap out trucks and I’d have to wait for roadside assistance. I waited nearly an hour for roadside service and then call to get an update and was told the roadside driver was still 55 minutes away. I couldn’t wait any longer and continued on with the truck running very poorly. The drivers side door did not close properly and shook when I drove it down the street..there was a gap that I could stick my fingers through. I called and had all this documented with Uhaul and was told to call when I drop off the truck and I would be issued a full refund for the poor experience. I still have not received my refund
