Inside of trailer smelled bad, not really clean, Employee sent me off with out proper light hook ups, I needed a converter from 7 pin to 4, she said they didn’t have one, she suggested Home Depot, I drove there with out lights, they didn’t have one, went to AutoZone, they didn’t have one, I went to a U-Haul corporate store and they had one, the employee there was very upset that they let me leave with out lights as it was a big safety Hazard! Ha said they should have made sure I had operational lights on the trailer, that’s their job!
