Everything was great. The owner of the franchise was friendly and the whole process of checking in/ safety inspection and returning of item was simple. I have used UHAUL in the past and will continue to rent equipment with confidence and recommend to others.

Easy to work with
ERIC BThere was no personnel on site. The lady on the phone was wonderful though. There is no UHaul location here as far as I could tell it was just this one auto hauler trailer in a parking lot - once I took that trailer out of that parking lot, nobody would even know that there was anything “UHaul” related about that place. F rating on this place.

PAMELA BWe were a bit nervous whether we would have a truck for the day of the move . We were wondering for a week or so ... even the attendant at the location was unsure if there was going to be a truck ready for us ... You did however come through with the truck... Much appreciated. But it would be nice to know at the point of renting a truck from the beginning... For reassurance that there will for sure be a truck for you at the designated time. Sincerely Stephen
