Easy drop off, good customer service. Called me in advance to insure I knew where the location was. As far as reservation system the process appears to lack AI because I had to drive across town to pickup unit.

I had to take a star off because I caught the place during a move. I had to go through hell to locate someone. However, once they were reach there customer service and service was 5 stars. Besides that once they finish moving and get settled I will recommend them.
