Les clés du véhicule n'étaient pas disponibles à l'heure demandée, alors qu'il s'agissait d'une prise de possession autonome. Le véhicule devait être pris à 7h, mais le garagiste qui avait les clés n'est pas rentré avant 8h15. Heureusement, car le site indiquait que le garage ouvrait seulement à midi. En raison du retard de la récupération du véhicule, nous sommes revenus plus tard que le temps prévu, et U-Haul nous a chargé un frais de retard additionnel.

William LMansef and the woman on site (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name--she was so great!) were both very helpful in getting us our truck and on our way. Already recommended this location to a friend.
Amy RI reserved a 10' truck at this location. Upon arrival, we had to wait for service. When taking the truck, we noticed there was a tire sensor that was lit up. They asked us to see if it could be fixed then noticed that the windshield washer fluid was not working. We waited over an hour for a replacement, they gave us a 20' truck which was unnecessary and more expensive, and still charged us for it. It took them 2 days to close the rental as well. Deplorable service, I will not be returning to this location again.
Claire SI was never expected UHaul place to be a gas station. The location was very far from sainte Agathe des Monts, and the cashier who works there had no information about the truck return.
