The truck and equipment was not ready it was first time I ever took U-Haul with out getting paperwork to check the gas, equipment And the vehicle condition. I was charged for gas and should not have been. I was charged for use of equipment I did not even have access too. Not recommending and I will use a different location next time.

MARK GVery very confusing if I needed a code to get in lucky someone in front of me had one . The lady’s at the desk acted like they didn’t know I was dropping off even though I was asked to even though I wanted to change locations . Then I get over charged for gas (which I have a despute in for ) overall I would still use u haul but you this absolutely left a horrid taste
