The customer service was perfect
DEBORAH BSo u-haul didn’t have the truck I reserved a week before my move and I had to go with a smaller truck and a different location for pickup which made me put more miles than wanted to and I left it with more fuel then when I got it. But after spending over $200 on a U-Haul and not even getting the correct one I needed I still get charges an extra $25 because I went 24 miles past my allotted miles. NOT REALLY HAPPY!!!
