They gave me truck with a hole in fuel tank, I filled $20 gas and drove for 4 miles and realized that fuel meter is going down drastically and I parked my truck and check the bottom and found that gas is leaking from tank. My apartment move was not completed due to this issues. The Goin postal still charged me for my rental. This created lot of inconvenience to me as my apartment move is stuck now .

Late gave my bill
WENDY BI texted UHal and asked to extend rental and they said yes but when I got to the location they said no. I also purchased furniture pads when setting up the rental and the location didn't have them and still charged me! Lastly I was at location to pick up my rental and getting through the line took 30 minutes! Now I have to rent another truck tomorrow!
VIVIAN AI had a great experience at this location. There was an easy pick up process and drop off was easier. I’ve had bad experiences with other various U-Haul locations, but this location impressed me. Employees were very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this location.
