When I picked up the truck, I was shocked by how dirty it was. The footwell was full of food scraps, and the rest of the cab was littered with trash. The steering wheel was sticky. I bought cleaning supplies and spent 30 minutes cleaning the cab. I took photos of all the trash and grime. I was very disappointed by what I saw. This shouldn't be happening. I'm requesting a response from U-Haul.

Steven LDid not have moving blankets. If it is an option to reserve them, they should have them on hand.
