I was quoted and an amount once I return the vehicle to my destination I will get a refund. I never did receive a refund for returning the truck in early.. I was not happy with that at all.
Alma CVery very very disappointed with this experience with uhaul. I would not recommend them for moving truck rentals.
Genet RI was really difficult finding this location for one. And very difficult to scan the front /back of my drivers license because there was no internet signal at all. Otherwise everything was ok
Terrilynn SOur reservation pickup location got changed 3 times the day before went to the location and they were not open took over an hr for the customer service to help us get the keys to the uhaul we will never use uhaul again worst experiece
