ROSS MEverything was great, the only thing I would say is to have the truck there on time and not late. It was only 15 minutes past the pickup time, so not a huge inconvenience. The fact I can reserve and have a truck brought to the location, so close to my residence is nice.. I will use U-Haul again!!
Donald BThe vehicles you offer are old and run down and at times dangerous to drive. U-Haul is risking innocent lives to make more money and that is a despicable and deliberate failure in being a decent human. The website for your services is severely outdated and a rework could make everything so much easier but U-Haul has not updated their site for decades and that is unfortunate but I’m sure it will fall on deaf ears. I am sorely disappointed in U-Haul. I hope karma catches up with U-Haul and thier bankruptcy is realized which would open the market for decent business people doing a better job because no one could do worse!
