I don't like how it is parked on a busy street and we have to take pictures of every side of the truck before we leave but it almost impossible to do it on a busy street. Also, we were never told to download an app when returning the truck so it took us awhile to figure out how to return it.
RONNIE NThis was a terrible experience. I had coordinated for a truck to be picked up at 8PM. I took a train down from Los Angeles to San Diego just to pick this Uhaul up and drive it back up to Los Angeles with my required supplies. I checked in online at noon. I arrived at 8PM right on time, and was told the location failed to reserve a truck for me. There were hundreds of vehicles available, and no one had actually made my reservation. There was no one on site.

John WOverpaid. Not agreed price. I returned as the same Gas level but they charged me 30 usd more for gas. Also I fill the gas for the same level but they reqest 30 usd more for 45 miles. This is not for the milage price.
