I had to goto 3 different locations. The first location didn’t have the truck I reserved available. The second location wasn’t open 30min past the scheduled open time. The 3rd location was fine. Select better franchisees

Location was fine, but the website and app were horrible. Website was down so could not check in at counter. Only option was to self checkin though the app. The app continuously was shutting down, enabling me to proceed to the next step. Ultimately, the location allowed me to take the truck on good faith, and checked me out later. If not, I would have missed my window to move. Website and app get a 1 out of 5.
