The store person was completely dismissive and did not want to offer any assistance. I would only choose this return location because it’s within walking distance from my home. I had to call the 1-800 number to get helpful assistance.

Terrible. Had to wait on call for 45 minutes.
CONNOR DThe lady at the front desk was extremely unhelpful, no instructions but an “order online” once I figured it out, and got past her rudeness every step of the way I got the keys. I returned the truck and went over the estimated mileage and it was like she was mad at me and reprimanded me for going over. Bizarre. I asked what the total price was going to be now that I’m returning the truck and she couldn’t give it to me, then I asked for a receipt and it took 20 min, she was playing games on her personal phone while I waited for a receipt… horrible. Totally unprofessional
TRAVIS Rlocation was not open for pick up initially. Had to scramble to get the truck picked up at another time
