Location where I reserved the truck did not have the size truck I reserved online so I had to change plans as pickup location changed. Person who checked us out did not know how to use the system. The process took way too long

CHARLES MI changed my drop off time at the last minute, but there was no one there to speak with. The place was actually closed at 1130 a.m. Luckily I was able to figure out what location they were storing their trailers. That area was full of dog crap so taking pictures of my return was a pain trying to keep from stepping in it while snapping pics. It was pretty disgusting. If I do this again I will choose a different location to drop off even if I have to go out of my way.
JAMES OThe car haulers I saw had back straps on them i was told it would have them. He said some of the older ones didn’t. You need to update all the equipment. Luckily I had straps.
