There was broken glass in the truck on the ground in the back. Extremely friendly and helpful staff however. I didn’t see the glass till later.

DEBRA LBesides doing the moving themselves, I am not sure what to improve. Customer service was outstanding, safe/detailed and quick. hours of operation fit everyday people needing to move on the weekends. Return was awesome as well. I will use this site for all my U-Haul needs and recommend it to anyone I know.
Bartholomew GIt was dark when I returned the truck to this location. The lot was poorly lit and lots of pot holes..
PEARLENE WNot a professional environment. U haul rap was nice enough. Kids behind a curtain talking, loud and screaming having fun, but this was a business and so I needed to be able to hear her so she just talked louder instead of having them calm down. Also, my husband is in the midst of cancer recovery and had to use the restroom and she had no restroom available. She says. Maybe it would be best if you went and checked out the location for yourself.
