It was just a drop off point without personnel, so it was fine, but I prefer having a person there to help with the return. We had rented several blankets and two Dollie’s and I felt weird about leaving them in the truck since the next people using it may not have wanted them, also, someone could’ve come along and taken them out of the back. The return went fine with the mobile app and returning to this location saved us a lot of money, I personally just prefer having a U-Haul service person present.
