THADDEUS PGreat customer service. They hooked up the trailer without me asking, just dived right in, even though I didn't request help. When returning same thing, unhooked trailer for me. My go to rental store.
KENNETH CI would recommend having a different parking method, i found it a little difficult to take photos of the truck but the app didnt give me a hard time about it, so i was a plus. I was also a little confused on where to find the key and where to leave it. But i managed, it was a good experience over all.
