Five Star Tires was super easy to find and the keys were easy to get on their end. HOWEVER, U-Haul made this experience quite bad. Not only did I find out the night before that the truck we ordered was not available and we were forced to rent a larger model for our trip across the country which complicated and added expense to our drive, but the truck and the tow dolly we rented were located on opposite sides of town. Once we located the truck, the u-haul app would not approve me for about 45 minutes, so we sat in the parking lot next to the truck on hold with u-haul.
Grant SNot only did I not get the truck that I was promised, but there was not dolly either. They said “ you can buy one for $60” I was like no thanks. Awful experience.
