What I rate poor is U-Haul itself. I had it scheduled for one location but instead of having it there they made me go to another location miles away. Instead of giving me a little credit for going out of my way they raised my rate. When I booked online they gave me a break on the car hauler for booking two items at the same time. But when I picked them up they charged me full price for both and rang them up separately and didn’t honor the other price. Bait and switch at the last minute knowing you are under the gun. I will be using someone else the next time. I have used them for times in six months.

CURTIS ENo to personnel as I dropped the car off after hours, so there was no human interaction, but app instructions were very clear
Amy OI was able to call the manager the day prior. He said he may be able to arrive early to open, which he did! He also took the time to explain the rental process to me. Nothing to do with the location, but the online reservation system is cumbersome and not accurate. It was never explained to me that a regional advisor would call me the day prior to set up a rental based on availability. This isn't like it used to work and should be explained more thoroughly. I had to work extra hard at coordinating the logistics for a remote move. I will say that the regional dispatch coordinator was a great help!
BOYD LI dropped the equipment with the U-Haul app so there was no interaction with employees or entrance into the office.
