The customer service agent was not in the office when we (my wife and I) needed help returning the rental since the app was giving us trouble. This was at 130p but we finally got the app to work again AND THEN she decided to come around the corner from wherever it was she was at. There was no sign on the door or anything indicating when she would return. But by then we fixed our own problem. Anyway, when we got the van there was some dirt and a slight damage to the rubber rug in the back so it wasn't maintained that well.
