I was genuinely happy, Impressed and content with my experience. The ride was smooth. The vehicle was absolutely amazing. UHaul smart share was literally a lifesaver. Probably easiest pick up and drop off ever. I am just beyond happy I chose Uhaul. Really happy with this Experience.

Yaroslav MCheck in was 20 minutes even though I did it online before arriving for the key during open hours. They forgot the blankets I preorders and so I had to drive back there to get them. Wasting more time and my gas in my vehicle. They over charged for gas refuel. The tank said 5/8 when we picked up and it was 5/8 when we returned it and they charged us $28 for 15L. Outrageous! I’m too annoyed to even call and bother complaining on the phone.
