This trailer failed to meet my needs. There was no ramp to assist gaining access. There was no way to lift the tongue once the he trailer was loaded. There were not enough tie down points.
Michael DNova Machining and Repair was very accommodating to our requests. Location was clearly marked, signs, parking area, key drop - everything was wonderful with lots of room to unload a vehicle off a tow dolly. We appreciated the accommodations as it help alleviate a lot of stress. Thank you.
Kevin CI was guaranteed pickup for 8:30am. I had to then wait OVER THREE HOURS for my truck to be dropped off after driving 3 hours to pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous, will never use uhaul again.
