YVES DI RESERVED a I haul at Cartons everything in Yarmouth. At first I wanted a 9 foot one. Then a representative (rep) called and told me I'd get a 26 foot one. That was the first bad experience. They confirmed that I could do mobile pick up, your confirmation email also said I could do mobile pickup. Then when I go to the pick up spot it isn't set up for mobile pick up. The rep I reached had the gall to say "we haven't taken you money yet you have no right to complain" basically. Terrible experience at this point. Then we get sent over 45min away for pick up and the pick is painfully slow because of your app being stupid. So I have to do the pick up with a rep over the phone. At least the drop off was okay. But this experience has almost convinced me to never use U-Haul again, it is outrageous that I am being charged what I am for this experience. I got the wrong truck, at the wrong place, and at the wrong time. Moving is usually something running on a strict time table and your incompetence cost me 4 hours.
