Customer service is very bad. Standing at first but serving people who was standing behind me. Waited half an hour to finish his 8 customers including selling cigarettes. Lottery and drinks chips. Doesn’t care who came first.
PRABIR KThey charged after hour from us without notifying also we delivered u haul on time and as store was close we left key inside box, our time interval was 4 hours for booking and we return within 3 hours. Also there is lots of garbage like coffee cup other wrapper left inside, it wasn't clean at all, even stuff was in driver cabin. I don't recommend this place at all to anyone, instead of home depot has better service for rent truck and van.
