Truck was dirty, Truck was not pre-heated on a minus 27 degree day, The left headlight wasn't working, No scrapper in the truck to clean the glass and snow off, No windshield wash in the truck at all, The agent washed it off with water and told me to buy a bottle and I would get a $7 discount when I returned. The Service was bad. I live 5 min from this location and I will never go back. Thank you

Engine had serious issues.
SHORNOB REverything was good but i think uhaul charge me extra. When i drop the truck on e-receipt it shows me 101 dollars but they deduct 153 from my account.
