I originally had my reservation at 1555 warden ave. I reserved my 15' truck on aug 6 2017 to be picked up on sept 16 2017 @ 10:00am. I arrived at the location at 9:45. After waiting an hour to finally be served. (Waiting behind walk ins) even though I had a reservation. Only to be told they don't have my truck there, the largest they have available is 10'. I wasn't happy and told them they have to get me a 15' delivered to that location, I was then told it's not their job to do that. After arguing for 15-20 mins that I'm not taking the 10' ( customer representative is arguing back) he finally decided to do his job, and find me a 15' truck in a near by location. ( even though I think it should your job to deliver it to me, not me have to go to another location because you messed up) I decided to give up and just go myself as I had stuff to do, and wasted enough time at that location and with this company. The gentleman at the above mentioned location on Kennedy was very helpful and professional. But i advise you to teach the other representative or retrain him and that location on how to deal with customers and to make sure, when a reservation was place over a month ago, that a truck is there for them. And on top of that, have a separate line for reservations so the people that took time out of there lives to prereseve knowing they need it for a certain time and date, get it at a reasonable time, not 1 hr later then they had it reserved, because they have to wait behind 20 walk-ins

Honestly kiosk system is self explained and awesome but as a new customer like me its new Location dealer was not helpful and friendly enough to explaining about truck picking up and dropping procedure. Not much info about truck , whether it has in build ramp to transfer goods easily. other than that i was satified overall i would say 7/10 Thanks

We originally was suppose to go to another location but when we arrived it was closed. It was unprofessional and as a result had to go to another location which put us behind because we had to call customer service to help us find another truck. Don't think I will be renting from uhaul in the future. The location at Kennedy was really nice and fast.

Firstly, I was promised 12 hrs when I called into the other kennedy location that helped me book for this location. When I signed in, the manager says it was only for 2 hours but he was "generously" extending it till 4 hours. Because someone "needed it" by 1pm that day. That was a lie, when called into scheduling department to complain they said the only reservation was for next day at 8am. Ended up they extended it, did not have to deal with the lying manager. I paid for $30 worth of fuel for the day and he still charged me the next day another $11 gas fee. On top of all that, the day I picked up the u-haul he didn't even bother to go in early to make sure it was ready on time. The person before left their garbage in it and he told me he would charge them $100+ in fees and he didn't bother sweeping it out after he handed it over to me. We had "4 hours" at the time so I just took it and left. Worst experience ever! The U-haul manager here does not care and I think he rather not be at the store. If it all possible, never use this place.

Was very unhappy with the service. I completely understand i didn't put enough gas but the way they calculate the missing gas want $20.00 dollars more. As i went back to gas station and put the right gas needed. Service was terrible and will never go back again. It either the store is a rip off or the u haul company itself or their system the way the gas was calculated. Very disappointed on my first rental.

Specifically said no insurance. still got charged $15+tx... I'm going to say it was a miscommunication. and continue recommending U-Haul. But the extra 15 for a ~two hour rental,not ver satisfying.

I was apprehensive about getting my truck from a food store. Turned out to be a nice experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cargo van met my needs and the whole process was smooth. Thanks! The fuel chart on the contract was very handy. Took the guesswork out of refilling the tank.

The store was very boujee, bad customer service waited a long time. Guy made me do my own walk around and inspection of the vehicle did not like it one bit. Will not go again van did not have windshield fluid had to buy some

The truck was old and not clean. The driver seat /cushion is extremely bad. Driving 400 km that day gave me back and leg pain.

When booking a reservation get the infor correct. the online/phone service was absolutely horrible. I reserved a few days in advance. when it came time to pick up the vehicle I was told there was no vehicle. I was directed to drive all the way across town even after i called early in the morning to ensure the reservation was held only to get there and have the agent tell me there is no vehicle and she thought I was booking for 6pm when I called her at 7am to confirm the 8am reservation I had made a few days before. We were under a stric time limit for our move and we lost two hours of time and money and caused all sorts of issues with the building we were moving into. I have rented from uhaul since 1999 and belive me this is not he forst time i have had issues with bookings. However this was by far the worst. I certainly will be exploring other options when booking another vehicle
