I had a terrible experience here. My return time was 4:00 PM, but the lady changed it to 3:00 PM on purpose and charged me $91 extra. I only drove 27 km and she added $35 for fuel — total $204 instead of about $70. She was rude and unprofessional. This place feels like a scam.
