I was charged $.99 when it should have been $.89. I don’t know what happened if it was in the system but they rectified and gave me a partial refund when u called the 1800 number. Service was good at this location. Thx Uhaul.

I booked a van for 9:00 a.m., but when I arrived at the store, there were no employees on site. The store did not open until nearly 10:00 a.m., when one staff member arrived to open the store, causing a significant delay.
YEUNG WThere were no winter tires and the washer fluid was empty. Almost died on the highway when I got blinded by the dirt during winter. Make sure proper care is taken from your side to check washer fluid and tires before using these trucks during winters
